Welcome to The Paanar Villa.
To ensure a safe, comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, the following policies must be strictly followed.
✅ Booking & Payment Policy
The booking must be made in the name of the guest who is making the payment.
Guest name and payment details will be verified with bank transaction records for security purposes.
Guests must provide a valid WhatsApp mobile number for all booking communication.
Guests are requested to wait for final booking confirmation from our team after making any advance payment.
Once booking is confirmed, an official advance payment receipt will be shared via WhatsApp.
📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance payment is non-refundable in case of guest cancellation.
If cancellation is informed at least 7 days before check-in, the amount can be adjusted for a future date (subject to availability).
Cancellation within 7 days of check-in will result in full forfeiture of advance payment.
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unavoidable situations, management may allow date change at its discretion.
🪪 ID Proof Policy
All guests must carry valid government photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Driving Licence / Passport / Voter ID).
ID verification is mandatory at check-in.
Stay may be denied without valid ID proof, and no refund will be applicable.
👥 Extra Guest Policy
Only confirmed number of guests are allowed to stay in the villa.
Extra guests must be informed in advance and will be charged as per tariff.
Entry of additional guests without permission may be refused.
Maximum occupancy rules must be followed strictly.
⚠️ Damage & Misconduct Policy
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or surroundings.
Repair or replacement cost will be charged.
Any illegal activity, nuisance, violence, or misconduct will lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.
Management reserves the right to inform local authorities if required.
🎉 Party & Visitor Policy
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.
Only registered guests are permitted inside the premises.
Outside visitors are restricted, especially during night hours.
Activities causing disturbance to neighbors or local community will not be tolerated.
⏰ Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
Check-out Time: Next Day 10:30 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Late check-out without permission may result in extra day charges.
🔊 Loud Music & Local Rules
Guests must follow local authority noise regulations.
Loud music / DJ / high-volume sound is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
If any complaint or police action occurs due to guest behavior, management will not be responsible.
Booking may be cancelled without refund in such situations.
💰 Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in.
Deposit will be returned after property inspection at check-out.
Deductions may apply for damage, extra cleaning, or rule violations.
🔒 Privacy Policy
All guest personal and payment information will remain confidential.
Information will be used only for booking management and service communication.
Management does not share guest data with third parties.
